The 64 bit file is SketchUpViewer-en-圆4.msi and the 32 bit is SketchUpViewer-en.msi. I'm certain I'm installing the correct viewer.

I'll need to see if there is a way I can get the 32 bit thumb handler to install along with the 64 bit one of the program. Clicked repair, did the required reboot and that still didn't work.Īt least I know why they aren't displaying. I tried re-installing the 32 bit viewer and the only option available was to repair it. Then later on I installed the 32 bit version of the viewer. I checked my records and I had installed the Sketchup 64 bit program first.
There is a 64 and 32 bit of the viewer on their website. There used to be a layers window, and the help still says there should be a layers icon (Viewing Your Models SketchUp Help) but it is not visible. When I toggle show 32 bit off I see SketchUp Thumbnail Provider Class and when I toggle it back on it's gone. I’m coming to Sketchup Pro 2023 from having used Sketchup 17 previously and not used it after four years.
